Error 13.01 in a MemoryStick 4Gb? haw can I fix it?

well. mi cam was with problems recognizing this memory, but works well with my 1gb MS, now, after formating a few times it is not recognized by the cam, and appears this annoying 13.01 error. any solution? how to repair the FIRMWARE o something?
