What's the difference between involuntary action and reflex arc?

Hi...Both r inter-related one's....I shall tell u briefly.....Involuntary actions r the actions that r produced involuntarily(without any inhibitions and instataneous) by the body physical and chemical system called reflex arc....for example u would hav heard many examples like taking ur hand away when touching a heat surface, salivating when seeing a food, those r the involuntary responses brought by mainly ur parts related to ur nervous sysrem ( reflex arc). These will have various transport system like motor and sensory with some receptors which co-ordinates the process and produces the response so quick.
