What should I do?help please?

My father and my mother always say that only children play video games.I have 19 years old and I like video games too much.I always play adult games like Killzone or metal gear solid and.......but my mother and father tell me those games(killzone and mgs) are just for kids and sometimes they do not let me to play video games .How can I convince them that some video games are for adults?
