I missed my acceptance deadline can I still get in?

I missed my acceptance deadline for CSU Fresno and my Dog Days orientation. I'm going to call the admission office in the morning. Can I still attend Fresno State? Or am I screwed? PLEASE HELP & include links if websites used.
