Will I get into UC davis with low gpa?

You do have a shot at Davis because your SAT is high and have good EC's. Your GPA is a little low, but not too bad. You're right, CRD is not a very competitive program at Davis. You could try applying to other UC's as well, it wouldn't hurt to try. My friend got a 2.2 GPA but got a 1480/1600 on his SAT and had a plethora of musical accomplishments and UCLA accepted him. Anything can happen so don't be afraid to try. Berkeley may be a long shot though, but good luck!
