I want to be a Harajuku Girl, but I'm american. Any tips?

Ok, ilalaLove the harajuku style . But i'm american >.< when i look @ decora girls and harajuku girls i only see pretty japanese girls . not an american . && i mean the real harajuku girls not those Gwen Stefani ones. So can you please give me advice on if i can still be a decora girl ? and any websites that i can buy decora and harajuku stuff ? especially stores in japan or Tokyo ? thanks for the help ;D
