Is faith in God from a desire to perpetuate something similar to the experience of life?

Wherever did you get the idea that life is an island of awareness in a sea of unconsciousness? That is true fear. The fact is, most people are living their lives in a state of unconsciousness. And I believe that when this life ends, I will have others to live.
