What should i do about my future?

im 24...just lost a chance to conyinue my diploma and im working as a foreman for 4 years....i didnt love tis job so much and my earnings also not much...i thought want to quit this job and try to look for other job but i scared to quit because im already 24 years old...i thought i want to try job in other field...but sometimes i think its waste because i already work as a foreman for 4 years n gain experience in this field...but deep in my heart i think i should quit this job and look for job that i love to do and satisfy me because i dun want to regret in future for doing the job i dont love.
