So im trying to get into this Laptop DJing thing, but i can't decide what to get next. ?

Im using the Torq LE, X-session pro.. right now. But i wanna up grade; Since I cant scratch and the song fx's are limited. What should i look at next? I was looking at the Hercules set (the 200 something one) or the Behringer BCD... 3000? (the 200 something one). What else should give a look? Im kind of hoping not to spend more then 300. Im thinking its gonna be mostly a hobby, but maybe a little more if i actually get good.
