Help me with my team for the Elite Four in Pokemon Diamond?

Ok I've got a level 63 Empoleon(Hydro Pump,Surf,Blizzard,and Waterfall),level 60 Gyarados(Ice Fang,Thunder,Dragon Pulse,and Surf),level 60 Lopunny(Ice Beam,Solar Beam,Jump Kick,and Cut),level 60 Infernape(Mach Punch,Fire Wheel,Fire Blast,and Flamethrower),level 60 Gengar(Shadow Ball,Hypnosis,Dream Eater,and Sucker Punch), and a level 60 Dialga(Roar of Time and Dragon Claw). If you have any moves to learn or other pokemon to use let me know
