If Obama judgement is so bad, why does McCain keep stealing his views?

First McCain says that Obama lacks the judgement to be commander in chief, but then adopts Obama strategy of shifting troops to Afghanistan. Then yestereday he stated that 16 months was a good timetable to pull out of Iraq, a time period that Obama has been backing for months. What's up John? If Obama's judgement is so bad, then yours must suck too.
