Which is not an electrolyte?

In general freshman chemistry, C is a definite answer. A is usually an answer. B is also an answer, depending on the teacher and their definition of electrolyte. Water does break inot H+ and OH- but very very weakly. But pure water does not conduct electricity, so it can be defined both ways. D is definitely an electrolyte.
