Make up for wrinkly skin?!?

Ok im15 and I have wrinkles mostly around my under eyes and from my nose around mouth kinda position. How do I reduce the appearance what type of foundation is bad for my skin type and if I can how do I get rid of these wrinkles?? :/ thnx xxx
