Is it true that killing someone with a guillotine choke leaves no physical evidence?

I saw this somewhere and realized that it is a pretty unique choke, and doesn't leave marks, but now I wonder if it would show up on an autopsy through bruise that show up more so after death, peticule hemorrhaging, larynx damage, hyoid damage, ect.
