Can I legally separate myself from my family? I don't want to be involved in an upcoming will dispute.?

I was born in a house that has been in my mother's family for 100 years. It had been a one family home, and converted into 3 apts, parents in one, sibs in two others. My father died 5 years ago, mom has clinical dementia. Before she got ill, I encouraged her to make a will that would handle the disposition when she pes: she did, but I don't know the conditions. One apt is empty: one sib & wife living there won't let anyone into the 3rd apt; mom can't stand up to them. One brother needed to live there after a divorce, I did after becoming disabled, but werent able to.For the last 25 yrs they lived there, rent free, paid only the electric bill. The house has always taken in kids who needed it, but these two have stopped that yet it isn't their house. They're verbally abusive to us. I'm banned from the house, and can't see my ill mom. Can I 'divorce' from them: and legally not get in the fight that will ensue when it is sold? I don't care about losing out on $. Is there a disclaimer?
