16 weeks 5 days pregnant?

The last few days i have been getting kinda like cramps. So i called my doctor she said everything was fine and not worry. But earlier when i got the kinda like cramps i have a sharp pain going down my right leg and it doesnt want to go away. its so pain ful. Any one got any idea what this could be. Thanks in advance
